  • Q: Why has my property been cleaned more than once?

A: BBG Property Management often finds it necessary to clean a property more than one prior to tenant move-in. Here are some of the reasons:
    • When a property is vacant for an extended period of time, dust enters and settles throughout the property.
    • Various insects become more active more active when there is no activity in the house. These insects enter the house and give cause for cleaning.
    • Vendors enter the property to do repairs. Ideally, the vendors would leave the property clean, however the reality is that their business is their craft not cleaning to our standards.
    • The showing of the property also may be a cause for an additional cleaning. Although we take great care to maintain the cleanliness during showings, the weather on that day, or type of landscape at the property, can contribute to the house becoming dirty again.
